The F3 Savannah is the product of a F2 Savannah mother (“Queen”) and a savannah Father (“Stud” or “sire”.)
F3 Savannahs Are some of the most desirable savannah cats because they are not as high in wild blood as the higher generations but still carry the beautiful exotic traits as the higher generations.
The F3 Savannah will range from 12% – 35% wild blood.
Males range from 14 to 30 pounds, stand 14 to 18 inches at the shoulder, and are 16 to 22 inches long.
Females range from 10 to 25 pounds on a tall, lanky frame.
They are very social with strangers and hands on with people. The F3 Savannah is still a nice and large cat compared to a domestic cat and are very affectionate, loving, playful and bonding.
We have heard people mention that the F3 is the ‘sweet spot’ of the Savannah cats as a pet because they are less demanding than the higher generations for attention, and more similar to the domestic cat in energy.
